Can site supervisors mark attendance from mobile without internet?

HRMS works on any mobile browser with internet. For sites with limited connectivity, attendance can be batch-uploaded when back online. Offline mode is on our roadmap.

Can HRMS handle daily wage workers differently from monthly salaried staff?

Yes. HRMS supports both daily wage and monthly salary structures. Daily wage workers are paid based on attendance count. Monthly staff are paid on a fixed structure. Both can coexist in the same account.

Can LeadOS track government tenders and private project bids separately?

Yes. You can create separate pipeline stages and lead sources for government tenders vs private projects, and filter your pipeline by type at any time.
